Yummy AND Healthy Fruit and Yogurt Bark

Here is a fun twist on chocolate bark that your kids are sure to love!  It's easy to make and healthy.  It requires only two ingredients and takes only a couple minutes to prep. 
Ingredients:
- Yogurt of your choice
- Fresh or frozen fruit
Steps:
1. If you have big berries, I recommend cutting them into smaller pieces
2. Spread yogurt on silicone mat or parchment paper.  I do not recommend skipping this step.  With out something pliable, it will be difficult to get the bark off.
3. Place berries onto yogurt
4. Put tray into freezer. 
5. Once bark is fully frozen, lift the silicone mat or parchment paper and peal it off the bottom of the bark, breaking the bark into small pieces.
6. Let your kids enjoy!  Like any frozen treat, these will start to melt when handled.  I recommend either giving bite sized pieces so your kids are not holding them in their hands too long or let them be eaten outside as a refreshing treat to beat the summer heat.
